Want to know about “The future beyond brands”?
I got this book based on a recommendation by my good Canadian friend Marc-André. I have worked with Marc on Planedo and he has had a great influence on me in the way that I am now paying more attention to marketing, brands and user interaction.
Kevin Roberts, CEO Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, tells us his insights on what makes a brand a “lovemark” and what the future holds for brands. Kevin is an amazing man who has done amazing things. There is a lot to learn from him.
So if you feel like making your brand a “lovemark”, read this book.

I really liked that book, as well as Marc Gobé’s Emotional Branding.
I’d say that the number 1 lesson both will deliver is that buying thing goes far beyond the monetary and advertising part. Establishing a good relationship between the brand and the customer and creating a experience around the brand makes all the difference now that you can buy anything from anywhere.
It is what will make a brand really stand out and perform better.
